What is immune infertility?

The production of antibodies against sperm due to the immune response of both spouses, causing infertility, is called immune infertility. 1. Can both men and women produce anti-sperm antibodies? The answer is that both men and women can produce anti-sperm antibodies, that is, men produce anti-sperm antibodies due to anti-sperm autoimmune response; women produce anti-sperm antibodies due to anti-sperm alloimmune response. 2. What parts of the body have anti-sperm antibodies in both men and women? Research by reproductive medicine experts has found that anti-sperm antibodies exist in the blood or semen of men and in the blood or cervical mucus of women, and the detection rate is much higher in infertile couples than in fertile couples.
