Can hemorrhoids be cured by surgery?

Hemorrhoids can be cured but not cured. Because the hemorrhoidal area, also known as the anal cushion, is located 1.5 cm above the dentate line in the rectal column area of the annular spongy tissue zone, which is a normal physiological structure of the body and is a sensory center that induces defecation, while having an important role in the medium of the anus. Hemorrhoids are formed only when the supporting structures of the anal cushion, the venous plexus, i.e. the anastomosing branches of the arteries, are pathologically altered, resulting in congestion, hyperplasia, hypertrophy and displacement of the anal cushion. Therefore, hemorrhoid surgery should preserve as much normal anal cushion tissue as possible and not completely remove it, but the normal anal cushion tissue may again become congested, hyperplastic, hypertrophic, and displaced and form hemorrhoids. The principles of hemorrhoid remediation are stipulated in such a way that asymptomatic hemorrhoids do not require treatment and cannot be treated as soon as they are seen, and symptomatic hemorrhoids do not require radical treatment and are intended to reduce and eliminate symptoms with conservative treatment. Surgery is considered only when conservative treatment fails, and different treatments are chosen according to the different conditions of the hemorrhoids.
