How long does it take to pass the risk period after an aneurysm intervention?

In general, the risk period after aneurysm intervention is 1 week, and after 1 week the risk period can be passed. The length of the risk period after aneurysm intervention is closely related to the patient’s bleeding symptoms. If the patient has only a mild headache, the recovery is usually quick and the patient can be discharged in about 1 week after the 7-day risk period. However, if the patient has severe headache with altered consciousness and mental status, it means that the patient’s condition is dangerous and requires strict monitoring of vital signs, which needs to be taken seriously by doctors and nurses as well as family members of the patient. In addition, such patients should be bedridden for 1 week after surgery, do not move too much, can eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid constipation, so as not to cause an increase in blood pressure, which can lead to secondary bleeding.
