If the fracture is simple and stable after repositioning, the fracture can be treated conservatively, for example, by repositioning the fracture by manipulation, then using a figure-of-eight cast or other fixation brace to fix the fracture, and then assisted with anti-inflammatory, anti-swelling, pain-relieving and fracture-healing drugs. 2. If the fracture end is unstable or has an open injury, or is accompanied by serious complications such as pneumothorax, it should be treated as soon as possible by surgical incision and internal fixation, and the related complications should be dealt with to prevent serious consequences.
