Can premature ejaculation be cured?

The causes and types of premature ejaculation are diverse and vary from one type to another, so it is impossible to generalize whether or not they can be cured. The male’s nervousness about sexual life will continue and will not change immediately due to changes in the sexual life environment, while long-term sexual failure will backfire, causing a vicious cycle in the patient’s psyche. This type of patient will generally improve after psychological treatment, or even cure, but once caught in a vicious cycle, the prognosis is often poor. Organic lesions Many male diseases can make men’s ejaculatory center less excited, which means they are more likely to ejaculate, such as inflammatory conditions like urethritis, vesiculitis, and prostatitis. The prognosis for this type of patient depends on the primary cause. Ordinary urethral inflammation, such as urethritis, vesiculitis and prostatitis, can be cured with treatment, and premature ejaculation may also be cured after the stimulus is removed, but for premature ejaculation caused by some central neuropathy, the prognosis is often poor because the primary cause is difficult to eradicate. Some patients may also have both factors, which makes the condition more complicated and the prognosis more difficult to determine. So, whether premature ejaculation can be cured or not has a lot to do with the cause of premature ejaculation and cannot be generalized.
