Tiger pain can be caused by a variety of factors, the most common factor being motor injuries to the tissues of the tiger, such as long term work with more hand work such as cargo handling and playing musical instruments.
Also, trauma, local inflammation, skin infections and local tumours may also contribute to the condition, but local tumours causing pain in the tiger’s mouth are extremely rare and prompt medical attention should be sought if there is a subcutaneous lump with pain in the affected area.
