Advantages of endoscopic technology for minimally invasive treatment of achalasia

The most common cause of heel pain is metatarsal tendonitis, and endoscopic minimally invasive treatment is preferred for intractable heel pain. The advantages of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment for heel pain are: 1) small incision and aesthetic appearance; 2) adequate exposure and minimal surgical trauma; 3) release of the plantar tendon membrane, as well as release of the first branch of the lateral plantar nerve and removal of the heel bone spur.
