Currently, the incidence of giant nevus is very low, but because of our huge population base, children with the disease are more common in clinical practice. We use tissue expansion treatment to achieve relatively good treatment results. Treatment procedure: 1. Placement of tissue expander; 2. Tissue expansion process; 3. Removal of expander. The tissue expansion technique can achieve results close to the normal skin appearance, but the expansion process is longer and requires higher treatment costs, and the child’s cooperation is also a prerequisite for good treatment results. Other treatment options include superficial cutting, excisional implantation, which need to be selected on a case-by-case basis.
