What are the treatments for mild smog

Smog is a cerebrovascular disease that may cause cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage at any time, and the danger is very serious and may even be life-threatening. Nowadays, it is generally believed that once diagnosed, smog should be treated with surgery as soon as possible. Some patients still have a fluke mentality, asking if the treatment of mild smog can be conservative. In fact, smog is smog, there is no such thing as mild or severe smog, it is a very serious disease. There are six stages of the disease, depending on the stage of development. Smoke disease may not show any symptoms at first, or some patients may have very mild symptoms, just some fatigue, weakness, sleepiness, poor memory, etc., but this does not mean that it is mild, smoke disease may cause serious cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc., at any time, there may be no signs of sudden onset, very dangerous. Smog cannot be treated conservatively, and there are no drugs that are effective. Some patients with ischemic smog use antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulant drugs to prevent brain infarction, but there is not enough evidence-based medical evidence to confirm their exact effectiveness. Moreover, if such drugs are taken for a long time, they may aggravate the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage. Therefore, conservative treatment of smog is not recommended. There are too many clinical cases where conservative treatment has delayed the disease and led to severe neurological damage. For example, Ms. Wang from Heilongjiang was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage and smog after being sent to the hospital because of sudden aphasia, numbness and weakness of her limbs. But the local medical condition was too limited to cure, so she was discharged from the hospital after only some conservative treatment. But then in the next six months, Ms. Wang had two more cerebral hemorrhages, one more serious than the other, with weakness of limbs and unclear brain. Later, after many understandings, her family brought Ms. Wang to the clinic. We performed a joint vascular bypass surgery, and Ms. Wang’s body recovered quickly after the surgery, and she said, “Her head was immediately clearer, not like the muddy pulp before. Her hands and feet are also stronger than before, because before she felt that she couldn’t work hard and was tired. After the surgery, I was relieved that I didn’t have to worry about brain hemorrhage.” In fact, it is now generally believed that conservative treatment of smog is not very meaningful, and surgery should be performed as soon as possible after a clear diagnosis. Combined vascular bypass surgery is a very effective surgical procedure for treating smog disease. Through the composite procedure of bypass + patching, a good cerebral blood flow bypass channel is reconstructed for the patient, which can well improve the cerebral blood supply and achieve the ideal treatment effect.
