The ointment for the treatment of scrotal dermatitis should be selected according to the clinical manifestations of the specific dermatitis. If there is bright red colored dermatitis with erosion and exudation, it means that the inflammatory infection is more serious and anti-inflammatory ointments including fusidic acid ointment, or clindamycin phosphate gel or mupirocin ointment should be applied to provide a good anti-inflammatory and antibacterial therapeutic effect.
