External fixation frame surgery is the most common fixation method we use. Compared to internal fixation, postoperative management is more “problematic” and requires careful management, and many unavoidable complications may occur, but the results are very significant (the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks), and complications can be avoided as long as they are managed scientifically.
