Hip sprain Shoulder acupuncture points to help

The patient is a 51-year-old male. Complaint: 6 days ago, he sprained his left hip accidentally and felt fine afterwards. Physical examination: limping, walking into the clinic, bed pain, knee and hip flexion test (+), “4” sign (+), heel and hip test (+). A sensitive pressure point was found at the back of the patient’s right shoulder, about the shoulder point, and after pressing and rubbing, the patient felt better hip pain and improved activity. Afterwards, a needle was stuck in its place and twisted with a feeling of distension and pain, and the needle was left for 30 minutes and then removed. The patient felt free to move around, and although he still had pain when walking, he moved freely on his own.
