A piece of round ringworm on the body is mostly considered to be caused by tinea corporis, psoriasis and lichen planus.
1. ringworm: mainly caused by red trichophyton, trichophyton fungus and flocculent epidermis fungus. The skin lesions manifest as round or irregular red spots gradually expanding outward, surrounded by mild inflammation as well as fine scales; when the inflammation is more severe, there are more scales, and the edges of the skin lesions are slightly raised, presenting a ring-like shape, accompanied by small pimples, blisters, itching and other symptoms.
2. Psoriasis: the cause of psoriasis is not clear, but it is not excluded that it has a direct relationship with genetic factors, environmental factors and immune factors. Red papules appear on the surface of the skin, gradually expanding to form plaques or patches, with thick silvery-white scales on the surface, some of which are irregular in shape, while others are round.
3. lichen planus: caused by Malassezia infection. The beginning of the pores as the center, for the border is clear point-like rash, with the continuous development of the disease, gradually increased to the fingertip in the size of the round or round-like state. The color of the lesions may be brown, light red, light brown, white, and yellowish.
If this symptom occurs, the patient should go to the local hospital in time, through the relevant examination, to clarify the cause of targeted treatment.
