What’s wrong with your period?

When a woman has a period that is always unclean, it is often considered to be due to ovarian endocrine disorder, which results in anovulatory type of gonorrhea, or due to the placement of an intrauterine device, or even endometrial polyps. If a woman’s menstrual cycle is irregular, and she may not have a period for a long time, and her period is always incomplete, then it should be considered to be due to ovarian endocrine disorder, resulting in long-term failure to ovulate, and causing anovulatory type of gonorrhea, in which only a single estrogen stimulates endometrial hyperplasia, without the antagonism of progesterone, resulting in difficulty in repairing endometrial bleeding, and causing menstruation This results in difficulty in repairing endometrial bleeding and causes incomplete menstruation. Therefore, it often occurs in adolescent and perimenopausal women because the ovarian gonadal axis is not well developed or the ovarian function is declining, which is why the anovulatory type of gonorrhea occurs. After the IUD is placed, the contraction of the uterus will be affected and the volume of the uterine cavity will increase, which may cause incomplete menstruation. For women with endometrial polyps or even uterine scar diverticula, it can also cause prolonged menstrual periods, often with spotting and bleeding when the period is about to clear, which requires ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis. Therefore, when a woman has an irregular period, she needs to go to the hospital gynecology department for an ultrasound and, if necessary, a hormone test, and then for symptomatic treatment to stop the bleeding.
