Pediatric intussusception is a common emergency in children’s surgical disease. The main manifestations are: 1. regular, paroxysmal abdominal pain, crying is obvious during abdominal pain, and can be kept quiet during intervals. 2. accompanied by abdominal distension, a salami-like mass can be palpated in the abdomen. 3. vomiting and bloody stool changes can occur as the disease progresses. If the disease is relatively mild, air enema can be performed under X-ray, and most of them can be cured in the early stage. If the condition does not improve after air enema or recurrence of intussusception after improvement, emergency surgery is needed.
