Mild lid margin ectropion can be restored after weeks and months of comprehensive treatment or corrected by horizontal tensioning of the lower lid to the outer canthus; more obvious lid margin ectropion is more troublesome to deal with, and can be suspended by fascia strips, while some need to do flaps or skin grafts, which are difficult for the patients to accept. Therefore, it is recommended to be careful when removing the skin of the lower eyelid, “rather less than more”. (2) Lower eyelid depression is caused by excessive orbital lipectomy. If the depression is obvious, fat grafting can be done by injection. 4, eye bag surgery has the possibility of hematoma, generally has no effect on vision. The operation should be strictly hemostasis, postoperative pressure bandage, coagulation dysfunction should not be operated on, postoperative rest with head elevated, avoid bending over and lowering the head. 5, the surgery will appear after the “eyelid ectropion”: such as bags under the eyes when the surgery to remove too much skin, there may be eyelid ectropion, generally due to lack of experience in surgery.
