What are the instructions for the use of common household drugs

1, eye drops in the lower dome Modern urbanites often have to use computers at work, even if they do not suffer from other eye diseases, they are prone to eye fatigue, weakened vision, blurred vision and other symptoms, so you need to use some eye preparations to relieve eye fatigue. Before ordering eye medication, first wash your hands clean. You can take a seated or semi-supine position on the bed, tilt your head back slightly, look in the direction of the head, and gently lift the lower eyelid so that a pocket is formed between the eyeball and the lower eyelid (called the lower dome). When ordering medication, note that the eye medicine bottle is vertically downward, 2-3 cm from the eye, and the drops are put into the pouch, not directly on the cornea, then gently close the eyes for 2-3 minutes while compressing the tear sac (in the corner of the eye near the bridge of the nose) to allow the medication to diffuse in the conjunctival sac so that the medication can be fully effective. 2, the skin is cleaned before using the medicine The skin is cleaned before using the medicine, the first thing to do is to clean the affected area. If there is a scab, it should be disinfected and softened with food oil and then wiped away; for the affected area with a lot of purulent secretions, it should be cleaned with saline before applying the medicine; if there is a blister with a diameter greater than 0.5 cm at the skin lesion, the contents should be extracted with a sterile empty syringe and the wall of the blister should be retained; before applying the medicine to the parts with hair, the hair should be shaved first and then the medicine should be applied. The timing and frequency of medication for skin diseases are also important. The medication and lotion, because of easy volatility and reduce the efficacy, so the number of times to use the medication should be relatively more. For suspensions, shake well before use and apply several times a day. Tinctures and ointments are long-lasting and can be used once a day in the morning and once in the evening. Dermatological drugs also have requirements for storage conditions. Ointments and creams containing petroleum jelly are greatly affected by temperature, and should be stored at a suitable temperature; too high a temperature will result in the migration of the active ingredient, and too low a temperature will result in a decrease in the spreadability of the ointment, so they are usually refrigerated. Containing organic solvents, to pay attention to the bottle stopper closed, or solvent evaporation will precipitate crystals. 3, first moisten the throat More than 80% of all drugs are oral dosage forms. Many people think that taking medicine is the most common, the simplest thing. In fact, there is a lot to be said for taking medicine. The correct way to take medicine is to wash your hands, pour a cup of about 200ml of warm water, first take a sip of water, wet your throat and esophagus, then take the medicine into your mouth, then sip the water, tilt your head back, swallow the medicine with the water, followed by the remaining water to drink. Do not lie down immediately after taking the medicine, it is best to stand or walk around for a minute, so that the drug completely into the stomach. Do not swallow pills dry, or just a sip of water to send pills, lying on the bed to take pills or lying down immediately after taking pills is not right. Do not drink water when taking the medicine, or drink too little water, or just after taking the medicine to lie down, which will make the pills just taken stick to the esophagus, some drugs are very strong irritation, will lead to esophageal inflammation, ulcers, and even perforation. Most oral medications can be taken after meals. However, antacids and drugs for gastritis, such as aluminum hydroxide, colloidal bismuth, as well as gastrointestinal antispasmodics (gastrofacial) and gastric motility drugs (morpholine) need to be taken before meals to enhance their efficacy. Pancreatic enzymes and lactase are taken during meals to promote digestion; Lipitor, a lipid-lowering drug, is well absorbed during meals; Daliquan, an antihypertensive drug, is absorbed slowly during meals and can reduce the occurrence of postural hypotension. The use of special injections Most injections are used under the operation of doctors and nurses, so the dose and usage are controlled by someone. However, insulin, a special injectable, often needs to be injected by diabetic patients at home. The determination and adjustment of insulin dosage must be done under the guidance of a doctor, and patients should not adjust the dosage by themselves. In order to avoid hypoglycemic reactions caused by insulin, patients must maintain a regular, quantitative and timed diet and adhere to normal and regular activities every day. Unopened insulin should be stored in a refrigerated room at a temperature of 2℃ to 8℃ as much as possible, but before injection, it is better to put it at room temperature for 30 minutes to let the insulin warm up, which can reduce the discomfort during injection.
