I. Introduction
Under normal conditions, impulses originate in the sinoatrial node, and are transmitted to the atria and ventricles at a range of frequencies, causing contractions. An arrhythmia is an abnormality in the site of origin of the heart rhythm, the frequency and rhythm of the beats, and the conduction of the impulses. There are various arrhythmias, including bradycardia, tachycardia, arrhythmia and ectopic rhythm. The clinical manifestations of arrhythmias are diverse and complex. The common symptoms of this disease include palpitations, weakness, dizziness, syncope, etc., or no symptoms at all.
In the classical works of Chinese medicine in China, there are many descriptions of arrhythmia-like symptoms, which are scattered in “palpitation”, “palpitation”, “dizziness”, “fainting”, “fainting”, “fainting”, “fainting” and “fainting”. fainting”, “deficiency labor”, and the descriptions of pulse rhythm disorders (count, disease, retardation, prolongation, astringency, junction, substitution, and various strange pulses).

There are also improper medication, external sensation of evil, surgical trauma, etc. can also become a trigger, and should be noted. Smoking, coffee and alcohol are prohibited. As for tea, those with premature beats and atrial fibrillation should abstain from drinking, while those with bradycardia are suitable. To keep the patient’s emotional stability, eliminate the fear and tension of the disease. Lighter patients can live as normal and pay attention to rest and recuperation, while patients with severe disease should not be overworked to avoid depletion of vital energy and aggravation of the disease. According to different types of arrhythmias and conditions, different types of health exercises with different activity levels should be carried out. For patients with occasional premature beats and no symptoms, the activity can be close to normal elderly without too much restriction. For those with clinical symptoms and aggravation after activity, it is advisable to choose health care exercises with low activity, slow rhythm and mainly static, such as walking, tai chi, qigong, health care massage, etc. Patients with pathological sinus node syndrome, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, rapid supraventricular tachycardia and other manifestations are at greater risk of developing fatal arrhythmias and should be given great attention; especially patients with premature ventricular disease, sometimes without conscious symptoms, but can suddenly occur unexpectedly and need to be monitored.
