Can I have a normal delivery with severe hemorrhoids?

The actual hemorrhoids can be delivered, as long as it is not during the acute attack of hemorrhoids and does not lead to pseudo contractions due to local pain in the anus. The hemorrhoids will have varying degrees of anal prolapse or edema, and the excessive force and increased pelvic pressure during delivery will cause the local hemorrhoids to increase further, making the hemorrhoids painfully edematous in the anal area after the birth of the child, and possibly even the symptoms of impaction. The actual hemorrhoids can be a lot more than just a few of the most common ones. If there is localized impaction of hemorrhoids after delivery, surgical treatment is recommended.
