Is it useful to take ammonia for synovitis?

Synovitis is an aseptic inflammatory disease that is characterized by swollen joints, joint effusion and limited joint movement, either from traumatic causes or from degenerative changes in osteoarthritis. Patients can usually do physical therapy, heat, and take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as celecoxib capsules and loxoprofen sodium. Oral aminoglycans, on the other hand, mainly nourish and repair joint cartilage and are more effective for patients with osteoarthritis. However, it is not usually effective for patients with synovitis, mainly because ammonia does not have the effect of eliminating synovial inflammation. Therefore, patients with synovitis do not need oral aminos, but rather oral NSAIDs. Prolonged oral medication can relieve synovial inflammation and bring relief from clinical symptoms. Care should also be taken to protect the joints from cold, trauma, and strain during normal life.
