Babies often have colds and beware of heart disease

  After 2 years old Mingming was born, he often had a runny nose and cough, so his family often bought some anti-inflammatory medicine for him to eat, and he got better after a few days. Many parents are not aware that congenital heart disease can cause recurrent respiratory infections, poor physical strength, shortness of breath and cyanosis with a little running, stunted growth, and even recurrent hoarseness in some children.  Therefore, newborns and small infants should consider the possibility of severe congenital heart disease if they have the following manifestations: 1. recurrent colds and pneumonia  2, persistent cyanosis or recurrent confusion.  3.Persistent cardiac and respiratory malfunction after birth.  4, the discovery of other congenital malformations outside the heart, if any of the above cases occur, it is best to take the child to the hospital cardiovascular specialist medical examination and do cardiac ultrasound, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray and other tests in order to detect the child’s congenital heart disease as early as possible.
