Is psoriasis a psoriasis?

Psoriasis is not psoriasis; they are two different diseases.
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occurs on the scalp, prone to recurring attacks, mainly characterized by shiny, greasy, itchy hair, iterative white flakes, off and on, currently treated mainly with medication, such as oral sedatives and anti-itching agents, vitamin therapy, antibiotics when accompanied by bacterial infections, and topical glucocorticoids in severe cases.
Psoriasis is more serious than leukodystrophy, a chronic recurrent skin disease that can involve any part of the body, characterized by the repeated appearance of multiple layers of silvery-white dry scales on the erythematous skin, scratching off the flakes, dotted bleeding, and accompanied by itchiness, is also mainly treated with drugs, and can be supplemented with phototherapy.
