Prescription two: medication guidance
1.Patients after artificial total hip replacement need to take anticoagulant drugs for 15-35 days after surgery.
2.Patients after artificial total hip replacement, they need to take rivaroxaban 10mg, 1 time/day or apixaban 5mg, 2 times/day or aspirin 100mg, 1 time/day after surgery, no need to take medication for life.
3. Do not stop the medication at will, no need to recheck the coagulation function.
Prescription 3: Life guidance
Prevention of dislocation.
1.After 3 weeks, you can sit on a high bench, and after 6 weeks, you can flex the hip up to 90 degrees according to the review.
2.After 12 weeks, you can sleep on your side, but you need to put pillows between your thighs to keep your legs apart.
3.Pillows should be placed between the thighs when lying down within 6 weeks and keep the legs apart.
4.No cross-legged, no deep squatting, no cross-legged, no hip flexion and extension more than 90 degrees when wearing shoes and socks within 12 weeks.
5. Discharge from the hospital can support partial weight-bearing with crutches, and after 3 months outpatient follow-up can abandon crutches for full weight-bearing.
Prevention of infection.
1. promptly follow up when there is redness, swelling, heat and pain at the incision and when the incision is cracked.
2.In case of urinary tract infection and skin infection due to tooth extraction, even go to hospital for treatment and prevent the use of antibiotics.
Functional exercise.
1.Bed flexion and extension of the ankle joint.
2.Bed-based knee flexion and hip flexion.
3.flexion of the knee and hip in the standing position.
4.Standing position abduction of lower limbs; standing position extension of thighs.
Exercise the above 3-4 times a day, 10-15 minutes each time, until full recovery.
Prescription four: follow-up guidance
1. Prohibit bathing before stitch removal to prevent wound dehiscence and infection.
2.Rational control of work and rest time, avoid prolonged weight-bearing activities.
3.Regular outpatient follow-up, review time according to 1.5, 3, 6 months and 1 year after surgery.
