The therapeutic drugs for nephrotic syndrome include symptomatic drugs such as diuretics and immunosuppressive therapeutic drugs such as glucocorticoids, but the specific efficacy varies from person to person.
1. Symptomatic treatment drugs:
(1) Diuretic to reduce swelling: commonly used are thiazide diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide; furosemide and other labeling diuretics; low molecular dextrose and other osmotic diuretics; plasma or albumin and other intravenous infusion and so on.
(2) Reduce urinary protein: commonly used drugs include captopril, enalapril, and cloxartan.
(3) Lipid regulation: such as atorvastatin, resuvastatin and so on.
2. Immunosuppressive therapy:
(1) Glucocorticoids: commonly used, including prednisone, methylprednisolone and so on. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the long-term drug-induced infections, osteoporosis and other adverse reactions.
(2) Cytotoxic drugs: commonly used drugs include cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, merti-macrolide and so on.
All of the above drugs should be used under the guidance of doctors, avoid self-medication. Patients with nephrotic syndrome are advised to go to regular hospitals in time to give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of doctors.
