How do you get dizzy and have a headache when you sleep?

If a patient has dizziness and headache after getting up from sleep, the following causes should be considered: firstly, if the dizziness, dizziness and headache are mild, it should be considered to be caused by some chronic diseases, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cerebral blood supply deficiency, cerebral arteriosclerosis or because of poor sleep quality during the patient’s night sleep and brain nerve function disorder.
