Leukorrhea with bean curd heals itself after a few days

The white lumpy vaginal discharge is often referred to as tofu-like leucorrhea, which is not easily excreted and clings to the vaginal wall.

It is common and easily recurring. The proliferation of mycobacteria in the vagina can cause itchy vulva. Mycosis vaginalis is mainly caused by Candida albicans infection in the vagina. It is common in pregnant women and diabetic patients, as well as in postmenopausal patients treated with large amounts of estrogen. Some women prefer to wear tight underwear, which also increases the moderate temperature of the perineum, which is conducive to the growth of mycobacteria.

If mycosis vaginalis is not treated in time, serious sequelae can occur, easily causing pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, recurrent attacks, leading to a decrease in local immunity and easy complications with HPV infection, so the appearance of tofu-like leucorrhea must be taken seriously.

Don’t use disinfectant water or detergent to wash the vagina often to avoid breaking the acid-base balance in the vagina, and more importantly, don’t abuse antibiotics, and exercise outdoors to enhance your immunity, which is good for recovery from mycosis fungoides.

After treatment, the leukorrhea should be rechecked in the hospital after menstruation for 3 consecutive months.
