Itching and dryness of the vulva

In case of vulvar itching and dryness, the possibility of local dermatitis of the vulva must be ruled out, such as doing a gynecological examination to find out whether there are red papules on the vulva and whether there is local skin roughness. If it is caused by vulvar dermatitis, you can apply mometasone cream topically and the symptoms will disappear after 3-4 days of continuous medication. If the vulva is itchy and dry, we must exclude vulvar dystrophy, which is clinically manifested by the lightening of vulvar skin color and the appearance of small fissures in the posterior union of the vagina, and clinically appears itchy, which will lead to vulvar atrophy after a long time. For vulvar itching and dryness, inflammation of the vagina must be ruled out and a routine examination of the leucorrhoea is recommended.
