Recognizing Sudden Deafness

After waking up from sleep or during your daily life, you may suddenly notice a loss of hearing in one ear, or even dizziness and tinnitus symptoms. At this point you go to the hospital for an examination, and your doctor may tell you that you have a sudden deafness condition that requires hospitalization for intravenous rehydration. The most important thing in treating this disease is the earlier the better, and the best results are achieved within a few hours to a few days after the onset of the disease. 1 to 2 months later the treatment is less effective. In addition, in daily life, especially in cities where the pace of life is fast, it is recommended not to work excessively, to eat more vegetables and fruits, to eat less greasy and fried food, to eat less salt for older people, to pay more attention to blood pressure, to sleep well at night and to stay up as late as possible, so as to greatly reduce the triggering factors of the disease, to prevent the disease from visiting us and to improve our quality of life.
