How to treat early bladder tumor

Bladder tumors can be classified as benign bladder tumors as well as malignant tumors. For benign bladder tumors, mucosal electrodesis of the bladder may be performed or for deeper tumors, partial cystectomy may be performed. In the case of bladder cancer, the early stage is mainly confined to the mucosa and submucosa, and once diagnosed, the patient needs to undergo bladder tumor electrosurgery, after which pathology needs to be retained for bladder tumor staging. At the same time, postoperative bladder chemotherapy drug infusion treatment can be performed, commonly used are epirubicin, piribicin, gemcitabine, BCG and other drugs. Usually after half a year of bladder perfusion treatment, it can play a role in preventing bladder tumor recurrence. However, once the bladder tumor has been treated, it is also more likely to recur. Therefore, regular review should be conducted within a certain period of time to observe the effect of disease treatment.
