Does irregular menstruation have anything to do with insufficient blood supply to the heart?

Irregular menstruation is generally not related to insufficient blood supply to the heart.
1. Irregular menstruation: mostly caused by hormone level disorders in women’s bodies, mainly related to diseases, drugs, mental and other factors.
(1) Disease factors
Reproductive diseases: such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps and so on.
Chronic consumptive diseases: such as hyper- or hypothyroidism, chronic hepatitis, blood diseases, etc.
(2) Drug factors: such as long-term use of contraceptive pills; or taking weight-loss drugs can also cause endocrine disorders.
(3) Mental factors: such as long-term mental tension, anxiety, depression, etc., may lead to abnormal secretion function of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, thus causing menstrual irregularities.
(2) Insufficient blood supply to the heart: the common cause is coronary artery atherosclerosis, in addition, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, etc. are also prone to cause the disease.
Therefore, irregular menstruation has little to do with blood supply to the heart.
