What tests must be done?

Depending on the clinical presentation, doctors often suspect different causes and the tests performed will vary.
For example, if the stool is sheep faeces-like and accompanied by abdominal masses and general weakness, the priority suspicion is whether it is a colon tumour, then endoscopy and pathological examination are crucial. If the stool is sheep faeces-like and accompanied by symptoms such as blood in the stool and severe pain, then there is reason to suspect perianal disease such as haemorrhoids, anal fissures etc., then the doctor will prioritise physical examination and depending on the situation, the next step will be taken.
