What do I need to be aware of with radiation therapy?

  SLN biopsy is contraindicated: 1, large supraclavicular lymph nodes; 2, adhesion of the mass to the skin and diversion of lymphatic flow; 3, lymphovascular occlusion with elevated CA153 and a high probability of positive Rotter’s LN.  Indications for radiotherapy: 1, T3 or above; 2, breast conservation; 3, adherent skin or pectoralis major muscle; 4, lymph node metastasis.  Standard practice of radiotherapy: 25 times whole breast + 8 times tumor bed.  Foreign also, 16 times or 5 times.
