What kind of sunscreen and skin care products should I choose for sun spots?

Sunscreens are sunscreens and the protective capacity of sunscreens is usually expressed in terms of SPF and PFA/PA values, with SPF indicating sun protection factor against medium wave ultraviolet (UVB) rays and PFA/PA indicating sun protection against long wave ultraviolet (UVA) rays.
The choice should be based on the individual’s skin type, skin tone, place of daily activity and disease characteristics. You should not blindly choose a high factor sunscreen, but refer to your dermatologist for advice.
The choice of skin care products should be based on the principle that they contain no or very little photosensitising substances, and if the skin is dry and flaky hydrating products can be used as appropriate.
