There are generally two stages of anorexia in babies, a physiological anorexia that occurs around 3-4 months of age and a psychological anorexia that occurs around 6-8 months of age. the physiological anorexia that occurs around 3-4 months of age usually lasts around 3-4 weeks, which is just a normal physiological transition period. Although the baby’s craving for breast milk and other foods decreases during this time period, there is no significant impact on the baby’s development such as height and weight. The baby is in good spirits, sleeps well, does not cry or show signs of irritability, and still has the initiative to eat when the baby is hungry, and does not experience nausea, vomiting, crying and other symptoms.
