If a pregnant woman has a condition like panic attacks and shortness of breath, then it may be considered to be due to abnormal thyroid function or anemia or ionic disorders. Patients are advised to first clarify the diagnosis if they want to further relieve their symptoms. Until a clear diagnosis is made, patients can only be advised to combine oxygen therapy. If the patient currently has hypothyroidism, it should be combined with oral thyroid hormone tablets to improve the symptoms of panic and palpitations. If the patient is suffering from anemia, the patient should choose the appropriate medication according to the type of anemia, for example, iron deficiency anemia. If the anemia is caused by megaloblastic anemia, patients are advised to take folic acid tablets and vitamin B12 orally.
