What is the cause of tofu-like leucorrhea in the third trimester of pregnancy?

It is likely to be vulvovaginal pseudomonal yeast disease, which is typically characterised by tofu-like leucorrhoea. Pseudomonas does not normally cause an inflammatory response, but only when a woman’s systemic or local immune system decreases does it proliferate and cause an inflammatory response, and pregnancy is a common trigger.
As pregnancy produces large amounts of oestrogen, the glycogen that is synthesised in the body increases, creating good conditions for Pseudomonas to nourish and grow. As a result, pregnancy makes you more susceptible to Pseudomonas infection than non-pregnancy.
