How do I choose between a cesarean or vaginal birth?

If you told me that cesarean delivery was good, painless, safe, less damaging, etc., no one would believe you. But if you say that there are times when a cesarean delivery is very necessary, such as to relieve the fetus from hypoxia, fetal distress, to save the life of the mother, such as severe eclampsia, shock, hemorrhage, heart failure, etc., then cesarean delivery is indeed a very good and essential tool. Remember, once upon a time, in China around 1948, due to the lack of such a procedure and the backwardness of medical treatment, the maternal mortality rate in China reached a staggering 13%, with 300,000 young women dying of pregnancy every year. One can only imagine how difficult it must have been for the ghosts of 300,000 women to find peace, and it is understandable that countless young men were unable to find a mate. Think about it, men and women, cesarean delivery, okay? It is normal to promote vaginal births nowadays because if everyone had a cesarean birth, it would be a big burden for individuals, families, and society, and it would cause problems, so it is a big issue to promote vaginal births as much as possible. However, is it true that vaginal birth has all the advantages and none of the disadvantages? The answer is definitely no. Damage to the pelvic floor muscles, postpartum incontinence, vaginal laxity, reduced quality of sex life, and the resulting family problems are also a growing problem, so for those who have a high desire for sex, think twice before you do it.
