Corneal shaping lens technology, is currently a non-surgical method that can improve daytime naked eye vision without frame glasses, while having the potential to control the growth of the eye axis and control the rapid development of myopia. In general, after wearing keratoplasty lenses for 2 hours, the average reduction in myopia is about 100 degrees, and the first night of wearing lenses can improve vision by more than 3 lines. The survey results show that: 90% of myopic patients within 400 degrees can basically achieve daytime naked eye vision of 0.8 or more; more than 70% of myopic patients with 400 degrees to 600 degrees will achieve daytime naked eye vision of 0.8 or more. Therefore, for most patients with less than 600 degrees of myopia, keratoplasty can really be done without glasses during the day, but not “absolutely” and “100%”.
