Varicocele is a pathological condition in which venous blood flows backwards due to loss of tone or valve defects in the walls of the spermatic veins, and is a common condition in men. Many people are concerned about whether varicocele is related to prostatitis and sexual function. Recently, Italian scholars found that varicocele was associated with premature ejaculation and symptoms of chronic prostatitis in a study published in the October 2009 issue of the American Journal of Sexual Medicine. The results of this study showed that patients with severe varicocele had significantly reduced testicular volume, significantly higher follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin (PRL), and an enlarged and softer prostate compared to normal individuals; in addition, these patients had varying degrees of premature ejaculation. There was also a significant increase in the number of patients with mild and moderate varicocele combined with symptoms of chronic prostatitis. This study is the first to clinically confirm the association of varicocele with chronic prostatitis and premature ejaculation, which further clarifies the direction for the future treatment of chronic prostatitis and premature ejaculation. The most important thing is that the prostate gland is not only a place for the prostate gland to be, but also a place for the prostate gland to be. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on this kind of things.
