If a patient experiences panic, shortness of breath, dizziness or nausea during pregnancy, blood pressure must be measured, as it is likely that hypotension may reflexively trigger tachycardia. Some people may have pregnancy reactions in the early stages of pregnancy, such as nausea and vomiting, which is a normal phenomenon. If necessary, patients are advised to combine oxygen therapy with adequate rest, which also helps to prevent the recurrence of discomfort. Patients are also advised to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and try to be low in salt and fat to help prevent nausea. If the patient currently has abnormal blood pressure, further investigation of the cause of the abnormal blood pressure and proper supplementation will help improve the current uncomfortable situation.
