What is the best month to get pregnant?

There is no definitive answer to the question of which month is the most suitable for pregnancy, and planning should be based on local climate variations. Some people believe that it is ideal to conceive in late summer or early autumn and give birth in late spring or early summer of the following year, but the most important thing is not the choice of season, but the most suitable time to conceive according to the economic situation, psychological preparation, family relationship and health condition. The most appropriate time to conceive is between 25-29 years old for women and 23-30 years old for men. Being too young or too old increases the risk of pregnancy and abnormal newborns. It is recommended to take 0.4-0.8mg of oral folic acid tablets daily for 3 months before pregnancy to prevent fetal neural tube abnormalities, and continue until the second trimester.
