If the dizziness is caused by cerebrovascular disease, the patient can be given intravenous injections of vincristine, asparagine, and also ginkgo biloba preparations, along with acupuncture to relieve the dizziness. 2. If the dizziness is caused by peripheral vertigo, such as Meniere’s syndrome, the patient can be given injections of sodium heptaerythroside to reduce the edema of the vestibular labyrinth, along with drugs to improve microcirculation, such as prolidil, to improve the dizziness. 3. If the dizziness is caused by cervical spine disease, the patient can be given traction, acupuncture, massage or, if necessary, surgery. 4. If the dizziness is caused by internal diseases such as anemia or heart disease, it is recommended that treatment be given for anemia and heart disease, such as supplementation of blood building materials or oral medications to relieve heart symptoms.
