Getting pregnant with small follicles does not usually increase the chances of spontaneous abortion because of small follicles. Small follicles, but can ovulate normally, that is, mature egg cells, and can get pregnant normally, are usually not a big problem, and whether or not a miscarriage will occur is affected by too many other factors. If the follicles are underdeveloped, they generally do not produce normal egg cells and can affect the chances of conception. Most spontaneous miscarriages are euthymic and may be caused by poor quality embryos, chromosomal mutations in the embryo itself, etc. They may also be related to a woman’s pre-thrombotic state, abnormal immune function, or a variety of viral infections, blood glucose abnormalities, thyroid function abnormalities, and so on. If there is a history of spontaneous abortion, the woman should do preconception examination before the next pregnancy to help find the cause, any abnormalities are corrected as soon as possible, in order to try to avoid the recurrence of spontaneous abortion or embryonic sterilizations.
