Dizziness, drowsiness and nausea

Dizziness, drowsiness and nausea should be analyzed in two cases: 1. Dizziness accompanied by visual rotation, blurred vision, floating and tipping is vertigo, divided into central vertigo The former is common with encephalitis, posterior circulation cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial occupancy, etc. The latter is common with vestibular neuronitis, Meniere’s disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, persistent postural sensibility vertigo, etc. Both of them can cause dizziness, mental discomfort, drowsiness, and also symptoms of autonomic dysfunction such as nausea, vomiting, sweating, and panic, which need to be identified as soon as possible because of different treatment methods and prognosis.
