There are no special requirements for blood typing, and blood specimens can be taken at any time for testing, so patients do not need to fast before the blood typing test.
At present, the two commonly used blood group classification systems in clinical practice are ABO blood group system and Rh blood group system, and the results of blood group identification are expressed by both systems, for example, type A Rh(D)+, and so on.
