How to treat perianal warts

Condyloma acuminatum (CA) is a proliferative genital perianal lesion caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection (subclinical infections do not present; a white acetate test is helpful in making the diagnosis). It is primarily transmitted through sexual contact, but can also be transmitted vertically and through indirect objects. Most patients are young adults 18 to 35 years of age, and many older adults are found in the clinic with more severe disease. The incubation period of condyloma acuminatum is 1 to 8 months, with an average of 3 months. The first thing that you need to do is to get a good idea of what you are getting into. The fact that the young bodies of pregnant women develop more rapidly and are prone to recurrence after treatment, almost while being treated, may be related to changes in hormonal metabolism.
