What happened when there was no blood on the second day of the abortion?

The time it takes for the bleeding to clear up after an abortion varies from person to person because everyone’s body type and uterine contractions are different. The first reason is that during the abortion procedure, most of the meconium and the pregnancy capsule have been completely absorbed, and the uterine contraction has recovered particularly well, so on the first day after the abortion, the uterine lining has been completely discharged, so there is no blood flowing out on the second day of the abortion, which is actually a normal physiological performance. It just means that the woman’s uterus is recovering better from contraction and the operation is relatively clean. The second day after the abortion, there is no blood discharge because most of the mucous membranes were not discharged during the abortion, and after the abortion, the mucous membranes are shed more, and the cervical opening is blocked with blood clots, so there is no blood discharge on the second day after the abortion. Finally, we should also consider the fact that on the second day of abortion, the uterus is not contracting significantly and the mucosa has not yet peeled off, so there is no blood flow temporarily, but as time passes, the mucosa will still peel off and cause vaginal bleeding.
