What are the precursors of acute myocardial infarction?

  One third of patients with acute myocardial infarction have a sudden onset without aura symptoms, and 2/3 of patients have prodromal symptoms before the onset. Typical aura manifestations include: 1. New onset of angina pectoris, or sudden onset of angina pectoris with increased frequency or severity. Chest pain with cold sweat or dyspnea.  2, some patients appear epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting or performance of chest tightness, breath-holding, panic, dizziness, but not chest pain.  3.Feeling fatigue and weakness, which cannot be recovered by rest.  4.There are obvious triggers before the appearance of aura symptoms: emotional excitement, mental tension; too much exercise, excessive physical load; climate change; high wind, cooling, rainy weather, etc.
