There is no scientific confirmation of the effectiveness of various prescriptions, so it is not recommended to refer to prescriptions to treat tinea capitis, and certain stimulating foods may lead to head skin allergies, or even infections. The treatment of tinea capitis is mainly based on antifungal, and the common clinical approach is to orally take ashwagandha, terbinafine, itraconazole and other drugs for systemic systemic treatment. When the patient is in the acute stage, small doses of corticosteroids can be added. Topical medications can be used to treat tinea capitis with 2% ketoconazole lotion, or products containing salicylic acid, tar or selenium sulfide and 5% sulfur ointment or 2% iodine tincture for shampooing the hair, which can be used to supplement oral medications.
