Do I need to remove sutures for internal eye bags?

The incision for internal eye bags is on the inner side of the eyelid and a small incision is used to remove the excess fat. The surgery is less damaging and the recovery is faster, which is my preferred way to remove eye bags. For the inner eye bag suture, exactly the book said that it can be done without sutures, because once it turns over, the wound closes to together. However, when I was young, I found that there was always a problem that many patients did not align the wound very well after it healed, and there was always some misalignment, so the result of the surgery was not very perfect, so I took the way of internal suture afterwards, to align the inner fascial layer neatly, and not to do suture on the outside, because if the external suture was done on the eye, there would be a stinging sensation, so an internal suture was done on the inside, one stitch The scar is not obvious after healing, and the alignment is also neat, and there is no need to remove the stitches, which is also more convenient for the patient.
